The Fuji DynamIX Series 4 CR System is much more efficient than conventional imaging methods. It replaces films and screens with imaging plates that utilize energy-storing phosphor particles to provide extra high sensitivity and sharpness. The X-ray information is recorded on the imaging plate, then read by a laser beam and converted into digital data. The imaging plates are erased for reuse.
Compact design
DynamIX Series 4 ID terminal, QA workstation and reader console are all in one unit, while the entire system has a footprint of only 3 square feet. The built in workstation for the Series 4 is designed to identify, process, view, and enhance images right from the Series 4 reader. The workstation features a high resolution flat panel touch screen display with robust hardware and functionality. Just look what Series 4 offers. High resolution imaging (HQ) for the best possible definition. Up to a full 4K image on 14x17. And with selectable resolution you can use standard resolution , to save space when you’re archiving to a network.
Fully Automated Operation
Since DynamIX CR’s reader is fully automatic, there’s no need to handle the imaging plate. Which means enhanced workflow and less chance of artifacts and IP damage. Any technique you develop can be saved just like speed dial on a telephone. Do a technique once, and from then on no mouse-ing around trying to optimize an image.

FUJIFILM image processing breaks the image down into seven distinct components and allows you to optimize each portion of the image. Choose from four infinitely variable gradation adjustments, three infinitely variable edge enhancement adjustments, plus FUJIFILM DRC, and other popular processing features to be applied automatically or used for interactive processing.

DICOM / DICONDE
Series 4 is DICOM compliant, so it’s compatible with other systems. In addition Series 4 is DICONDE ready. DICONDE is a DICOM similar protocol from ASTM. As soon as ASTM releases this protocol for the NDT market, it already resides within DynamIX.
